My coaching is grounded in more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in nonprofit organizations, particularly within higher education and healthcare. I have led strategic initiatives, managed diverse teams, and driven organizational alignment across departments and stakeholders. This work gave me a deep understanding of the pressures leaders face, from managing competing priorities to balancing accountability, people, and mission.
